I'm a scholar of Sanskrit and South Asian studies. My goal is to foster critical thinking and analysis around Yoga, Sanskrit and South Asian spiritual traditions and it's history. I run workshops and teach modules on YTTs, and provide consulting to yoga practitioners on yoga & social justice, politics and history.
